  • Do you just see families and children for family problems?

    We see families, children, individual adults, and couples. We see these folks for just about anything you can think of: grief, loss, substance abuse, health problems, relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and behavior problems.

  • Can I use my insurance?

    Yes! A simple phone call to our intake department and we will assist you in understanding your benefits.

  • How soon can I be seen?

    We are open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday in order to accommodate consumer’s schedules. However, evening hours are in great demand. We also assign people on a case-by-case basis in order to ensure that your therapist has the highest level of expertise to help address your specific issues. In short, many people can be seen within a few days, while others take longer.

  • How much does it cost to get counseling?

    If you have insurance your insurance will determine the amount you will pay. For those who are not insured we offer a copay based on household size and income.

  • Is Headwaters Counseling handicap accessible?

    Yes we are!
