Headwaters Counseling is currently offering video tele-therapy through a HIPAA compliant medium. In addition to offer video tele-therapy, we also offer telephone counseling as well. There are many advantages that come with receiving mental health services via an online method, keep reading to learn just some of the benefits!

Counseling Qualifications

Headwaters programs are nationally and internationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Additionally, we are certified by the Indiana Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA). Our team of direct service providers are Masters and PhD-level therapists. Many of our service providers have dual licenses to help better serve our clients.

Our counseling center is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-profit agency. Part of our mission is to offer services to clients who may not otherwise be able to afford them. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, HIP, and all private insurances. For those who are not insured, we offer a fee based on household size and income.
